Among the standout teams was HuMOLYTE, which earned 1st place with their compelling presentation.

About the Warm-Up Pitch Competition

The Warm-Up Pitch Competition was designed to help startup founders prepare for presenting to investors. The teams presented their startup pitch to a panel of judges with expertise in investment, business strategy, and entrepreneurship. This event fostered learning, growth, and collaboration within the startup ecosystem.

HuMOLYTE’s Presentation

IGH Naturals COO, Rich Foreman, presented how HuMOLYTE can aid chemotherapy patients. The pitch focused on three key areas:

  • The Problem: The profound impact of dehydration and chemotherapy side effects on patients undergoing cancer treatment.

  • The Solution: A patented product designed to protect the digestive system, mitigate chemotherapy side effects, and provide a non-IV hydration option for patients.

  • The Potential: Establishing HuMOLYTE as a standard part of chemotherapy care, ensuring it is routinely prescribed alongside chemotherapy treatments by oncologists.

A Word of Gratitude

The team extends their gratitude to StartupSac for organizing this incredible event and to the judges, mentors, and supporters who helped make this event possible for the region.
